TemBuild® Fast Assembly Container House is the most economical options from all the container houses. Fast assembly or fast piece container house is delivered to customers separately as prefabricated spare parts. The floor structure,floor joist,fiber cement floor,pvc floor, roof purlin, roof sheet,roof insulation,gutter and ceiling are to be fixed on-site. The two advantages of the fastpiece container house are free from crane and flexible in house size.The standard size is 6000mm*3000mm*2800mm.

Type 2:TemBuild® Flat Pack Container House

TemBuild ® Flat Pack Container House is a semi-finished product. The roofing structure and floor structure is pre-finished in factory. Usually,the wall panel,window,door and fixing accessories are packed between the floor and roofing structure and shipped as a package. Erecting the column,Craning the roof structure to the column,fixing the wall panel,window and door are all the steps for the installation of a flat pack container house.The biggest advantage is that it can be installed very fast.The maximum and standard size is 2530mm*5850mm*2800mm.

TemBuild ® Foldable container is a renovation from flat pack container house.It has the standard modular and foldable design.All the components are fixed in factory,which makes the container house a ready made product. When it is shipped to destination,it only need a crane to lift the roof corners
and screw it. Two workers can install one set in 5 minute. The standard size is 2450mm*5755mm*2520mm. The closed size is
2450mm*5755mm*530mm.

TemBuild ® Expandable container house is the 4th generation container house.The closed size is L5850mm*W2250mm*H2560mm.The opened size is L5850mm*W6400mm*H2530mm.
The house is shipped as a complete container. When it reached destination,5 workers can open it within 10 minutes, becoming a 37sqm house.
