3.Expandable Container House Introduction
The expandable container house has a very unique folding design. The expandable container house is a 90% prefabricated modular building. It is prefabricated about 90% and packed in factory before shipment. When it is packed, the outside dimension is a little smaller than a 40HQ container door frame. So the expandable container house can be shipped by 40HQ container or 40 OT container.
 

When it is arrived destination, it is expanded and installed. The expanded folding structure can increase the available space inside the house, creating a larger living space. It can be quickly assembled and disassembled, making it easy to move to different places. 14. Installation Advanatge of Global Span: 
1. To open the roof, we have the hydraulic rod at the two ends of cabin and a winch with a stable column in the middle. With the help of winch and hydraulic rod,for a 40ft expandable house, Only 4 or 5 people is needed.
2.To lay down the floor structure, we also had winches to help do this work.
3. To put up the wall, we had 4 pulling points for people or pulling points for winch.

 (1). Fast Assembly Container House
 

Fast Assembly container house is originally innovating from portable house. The prefabricated column, beam and panel are shipped as spare parts. Each 40 container can load 15 sets, so it comes with very low freight cost. Because it is shipped as prefab spare parts, crane is not a necessity in the course of discharge and installation. Because of this special feature, it is also friendly for some mountain area construction.

Besides the standard 6M*3M*2.8M dimension, other sizes like 7M*3.5M*3.2M can be made, giving you a more comfortable living space. It has excellent waterproof roof as it adopts a tightly sealed roof design. We have 3 types of fast assembly container houses. The 1^st type is Industrial style box design with bolt on lifting corner. The 2^nd type is concealed bolts box design. The 3^rd type is the double slope or pitched roof design.

Fast Assembly/Detachable container house is especially suitable for the following 2 conditions.

Remote Mountain area without convenient transportation.

 Flat pack container house is originally innovated from CSCEC version. It is a floor to roof separated structure design . The               bottom structure with floor sheet and roof structure with roof,insulation and ceiling are prefabricated in factory. Flat pack container has very good performance in seismic resistance and deformation resistance.Prefab flat pack house has a very tightly sealed prefabricated roof. It is widely used in coal mining,oil field and other construction site.The prefabricated flat pack container house can be designed and placed to meet different function spaces such as conference room,dormitory,kitchen room,bathroom,garage,storage,clinic etc. It can be stacked 2 story,3 story with steel structure corridor,steel structure canopy and steel stairs will handrail and platform.It is very easy to disassemble and has super stable and firm performance. Besides the traditional floor to roof separated flat pack container house,With the requirements of fast installation from customer, We have 2 types of flat pack container house. The 1^st type is floor to roof separating flat pack container house. The 2^nd type is the folding flat pack container house.

(3). Foldable/Folding Container House Introduction

Folding container house is a fast installation product with standardized design and production.
 Folding Container House is composed of a bottom structure, a left side wall, a right side wall, a front door wall, a rear end wall and a roof structure. The bottom and each wall are connected by hinges and between the walls.
